PS - I know you're busy juggling multiple roles, so we’ve got some quick pickle recipes that won’t eat up too much of your time. Try making refrigerator pickles—they require minimal ingredients and only take about 24 hours to be ready!

 

**Basic Refrigerator Pickle Recipe:**

- 1 cup vinegar

- 1 cup water

- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Sliced cucumbers or other veggies
